converting time data in to currency, doesn't add up.

I am trying to set up a time sheet that will tell me my gross pay for the total hours I worked per week.

My set up
A1 0
A2 0
A3 8:14
A4 8:31
A5 8:01
A6 8:06
A7 0

A8 32.87 b8 $525.87 =Sum(f15:f21)*24 =f22*61

I added my formula for daily total time and the formula for the gross pay. the daily times are a calculation of my in and out times. but their format is [h]:mm

B8 should come out as $525.92. but for some reason it is short. does anyone one know how to fix this?
