Converting Spreadsheet for Magento eCommerce Import

Hi all,

I need to be able to write a Macro to somehow convert product spreadsheets given to me by a client into new spreadsheets properly formatted to import into a web eCommerce platform, Magento. I'm linking the sample of what the new format should be and, if you provide a simple code example, I'm confident I can simply modify it to match the concept.

You can save a workbook (or worksheet) as csv.
