Converting numbers adding leading zero's.

I want a method of converting numbers with leading zero's
I have a column of numbers which varies in length day to day.
eg
1 into 001
02 into 002
232 into 232
etc.

these will later be used in text to columns, so 0 must be visible.

where A1 is your number
