I recently posted a question about converting whole columns of data to other values and got an answer that only can do it one value at a time. I am new to excel and need to change large columns of data to there Ln value and do not what to do this one value at a time. Isn't there a way to convert large columns of data? Say you accidently entered a large amount of data with the wrong decimal point and that to corrrect that error all that needed to be done is multiply the entire column of data by 10. It this possible? I have to find the Ln of numerous columns of data in a number of files and this would be the best approach to the problem. Thanks.

Ambidextrous Undo

To multiply a column of data by 10:

1. In an empty cell, enter 10.
2. With this cell selected, select EDIT - COPY.
3. Select the entire column of data.
4. Select EDIT - PASTE SPECIAL.
5. Under the Operation section, select MULTIPLY.
6. Click OK.

The entire column will be multiplied by 10.

But that's not what the OP is asking, which is applying LN to each cell in a column.
