Converting Access to Word File or Adobe File

I am trying to convert a report with SUBFORMS to Word. When I try this, it states that it cannot save the subforms. Is there anything I can do to save the report with the Subforms. Appreciate any help. Thanks

You can save the report in Snapshot format but you won't be able to edit it.
