convert weekly to monthly automatically

I have several cells that have different values. I want to add the follow formula to them without having to manually type them in. Is it possible? the formula is *52/12. Basically I want to convert rates from weekly to monthly. I am using Excel 2010. Thank You in advance.

enter 52/12 in a cell, copy, highlight the desired destination cells, paste special - formulas - multiply.

I did what you said and it just pastes the 52/12 and it doesn't keep the number already in the cell.

Maybe it's different in 2010, I don't see why though.
