Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Re: How To Convert Total OT Hour Conditioallly?

What are you trying to do?

I need to convert the aggregated monthly OT hours based on 30 Min division.
For example if the OT hour is 40:20,it should convert the same to 40:00 hours
if the OT hour is 40:50, it should convert the same to 41 hours.
Like the formula should be able to convert all OT Hours based on this logic.
Thanks

I tried with MROUND before(with 1:00) but it is populating the incremental Hour over and above 24 Hours.
Pls help.

Am not sure what you mean.
It works for the examples you gave, hence my comment of trying other examples.

It is now working.
It was an formatting error which after correction is yielding desired result.
Thanks a lot for your support & time.
Really appreciate the same.
