Convert to Word from numaric

Hi Expert,

I wan to get a result from numeric to word with formula without macro, can any expert help me to do this
e.g 1293801 to be ' twelve Million nine thousand thirty eight handed and one only

If any formula experts can correct me on this, please do, but I don't think this is possible with a formula. Excel doesn't have a built in function to convert numbers to text. To make this possible, one would have to, from the top of my head, define all numbers from 1-100 (which by itself would be an immensely long formula) and write a formula that would enable Excel to distinguish between ones, tens, hundreds, thousands and so on and so on.
You're better off writing a Macro for this.
