Convert to MS Office Excel Chart - undo!

Dear MrExcel,

In my Word document I inserted MS Excel Worksheet. I inadvertently did the following:
Right click on it > convert > to MS Office Excel Chart, I permanently changed the selected MS Office Excel Worksheet into the Object type MS Office Excel Chart

And now, whenewer i want to insert MS Excel Worksheet in MS Word document, always appears Excel Chart instead Excel Worksheet

How can I convert back an Excel Chart Object into Excel Worksheet?

Have you select the object then look under the edit menu and see the link object and see if you can change from there
