Convert row data in html table with 3 columns code

Hello!
I'm struggling with a task that is above my knowledge. I have a huge table like this example below:

Is there a way to select all used cells right to "html code"column and generate a html table code with 3 columns in the empty cell of "html code" column like I exemplified in the first row?
