Convert replica to database

I have a datbase application under development and as a result of a ****up moving it between computers and converting it to Access 2003, I only seem to have an empty database file (no tables, etc) and a replica that works on my current system.

Is there a way to convert this replica to a useable file for further development?

There are over 20 tables with hundreds of data entries, dozens of queries, forms, etc and the prospect of having to recreate it all by hand is too horrifying to contemplate!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
I don't think there is a way to convert a replica back -- it's a one-way process. However, search your hard disk -- when the replication wizard does its thing, by default it creates a non-replica backup (can't remember, but it may have bak in the name or a .bak extension).
This is the way back to sanity...
