Convert rain per minut to rain per hour

Hi all!

i have to convert rain per minut to rain per hour in Excel. I have date, time and rain for the respective minut. I can convert it to rain per day, but i would like to make a function, which calculates rain pr hour. So if i have a rain that lasts 3,5 hours, i get 4 cells. So is there a way to make it pick a maximum og 60 cells and then start again and pick 60 cells?
