Converting number to words like (Rs.10,155/- into Rupees Ten Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five only). Need a single formula?

Dear VBA Geek,

Thank you for your quick reply. It has solved my requirement. But is it possible instead of Rupees and the end in the front. Like "Rupees Thirty Two and Fifty Paise" instead of "Thirty Two Rupees and Fifty Paisa"
