Convert number to hour format

Hi,
When i export an employee time data from our Time & Attendance system to Excel its looks like this:
entry hour: 756 (instead of 07:56:00)
finish hour: 1723 (instead of 17:23:00)
There is a way to convert those numbers to a hour format?
