Convert LUCID 3-D files into MS Access?

I am searching for a conversion tool that will allow me to convert old LUCID 3-D files into an MS Access or Excel format. I have looked (for a while) on the Internet and not found anything useful. Does anybody have an idea or possible path to make this happen?
