How do you convert a date/time field from UTC to EST Time zone. My time should be 1/14/2019 12:00 AM and is displaying as 1/14/2019 5:00 AM.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Have you tried :
=C2-5/24
assuming the UTC time is in C2

That gave an error. I am working in power query. I transformed the column to a date/time field as well, hoping it will move the hour back with no luck.

I tried this and ([#"Diversion Date-Time"]-5)/24 and [#"Diversion Date-Time"]-5/24.

Suggestions?

Sorry, I never use powerquery, I find VBA much more powerfuil and easier.
