CONVERT ALL CAPS TO All Lower case Except First Letter Of Each Word

Please see the Mini-sheet below;
Only for columns A, B, C, F and G, how can I convert all words which are separated by a space... from all letters being UPPER CASE to only the first letter of each word being Upper Case and the rest of the letters in that word being lower case as in the following example.

ALL CAPS WORD
to
All Caps Word

I would be hugely grateful for the above but even better would be if there could be two exceptions;
The two exceptions are to leave the word as ALL CAPS if It is either LLC or INC.

You can probably imagine how appreciative and thankful I am for your help. Eddie

Have you taken a look at the PROPER function, which capitalizes the first letter of every word?

Yes, I did try PROPER and it works except I was just hoping to find a way to keep LLC and INC as all caps. Thank you Joe4

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(PROPER(A2)," Inc"," INC")," Llc"," LLC")
