Hi,

I'm not too sure if this can be done or how difficult it would be but here it goes.

If you have an Excel file and a PowerPoint presentation, that are on the same network but are being displayed on different computers, could the Excel document control what shows on the PowerPoint?

For example, let's say the Powerpoint is in presentation mode on Computer B. It has a blue square shape. If I have an Excel document open on Computer A (but both the Excel and the Powerpoint are saved on the same network) could changing a cell in the document trigger a VBA macro that would change the blue square on the Powerpoint while in presentation mode to a red square?

Thanks in advance.
