Continuously populating a list from a single cell input

Currently I have a worksheet that employees record data obtained from testing. The data cosists of measurements of impurity levels in a specific substance. What I would like to happen is : The employee manually inputs a value into a cell. This value is then automatically added to a list that will accumulate (populate) the inputted values over time. So this list will grow as the values are inputted over time.

The purpose for this automatically populating list is so that each time an employee inputs a value it is also added to a list that can then be analyzed to see the trends of the measurements. (make sure that the values are consistantly within the safety specifications)

I would greatly appreciate any input on this.
