constructing excel graph with positive and negative Y axis

I'd like to create an excel horizontal bar graph that reflects percent change. Because the number being plotted could be positive or negative, I'd like the scale of the X axis to show zero in the middle of the graph, with negative values going to the left of zero and positive ones to the right.
X axis example:

-200 ---------------------- 0 -------------------------- +400

Therefore the Y axis would extend up from zero instead of being at the left of the graph. Hope this is clear. Thanks in advance
 
Make an XY chart, double click the X axis, and set appropriate min and max values. Unless you specify otherwise, the Y axis will sprout from X=0.
