Consolidation Problem

So this problem has a few conditions that prove to be difficult in my eyes. I basically have an output of some data correlated with a name shown in a basic form here. The first problem is that the types and amounts of vegetables will be changing weekly, so the macro cannot be based on location. I need to have a macro that looks for the persons name and then consolidates data based off of that name. I was thinking if there was a way for the macro to look for "fruit" and bin this data into one row, and then look for "not fruit" and bin this data into another row for each person that may work. The end result I am aiming for would look like this. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Sorry my hyperlinks in the last thread did not copy over correctly as this has been in a couple other locations. So this problem has a few conditions that prove to be difficult in my eyes.
