Consolidate excel files with correct sheet name

Hello Guys,

Below is my VBA code request, i need to reduce my work load.

Place all the files in a folder & run the macro, so all the data will merge in a single master file.
Feature: Macro will consolidate the data as per sheet names,example

Google --> Google
Microsoft --> Microsoft

Macro should not copy Google data in Microsoft sheet, if sheet position is different still copy in correct sheet.
