Consistent colours for categories in different graphs

I have a dataset with a bunch of names and different categories of data.

I want to show a graph for each category of data and have the data ordered high>low in each graph. The order of the names will be different for each graph due to data differences.

However, I want to have consistent bar/legend colour for each name in the different graphs, so that when you look at 'John' in any graph he is the same colour.

By default, Excel 2007 gives the categories their colour based on the order they appear in the graph, so all the names end up with different colours.

Is there a way to give names consistent colours between graphs?
