I posted this in the excel board asking about the old get data from web menu which was out with PQ, but i guess it is more relevant to PQ
I have created a query that returns competition scores from various web pages within the How did i do web site (golf scores).
On my old laptop, which has excel 2010 and 365, if i go to the data from web ( not PQ) in excel 2010, enter the website it lets me log in using my personal log in. I can then go back to 365 and then query will access the data and update
On my new laptop, office 365 only, i cannot seem to get logged in, i can get to the webpage, but it says something about internet explorernot allowing table selection.
So my question, how can i access the data without installing excel 2010 first? Is there somewhere else i can enter log in details?
