Hi Gurus,
I've been struggling with an issue here all day and I'm wondering if anyone has a good solution. I have two data sources, one is an OLAP data cube the other is an excel sheet. I'm wondering how I can create a slicer that will filter both pivots on "Country" the countries are nearly all the same but the do differ slightly.
I've found resources on connecting slicers or pivots with the SAME data source: http://blog.contextures.com/archives/2012/01/03/change-all-pivot-tables-with-one-selection/
I've tried creating a relationship via Power Pivot and they dont seem to be mapping together
Ideally, I'd love to have a drop down in the top left that said "Country" I could select Canada and I would have two pivots on the page that would be filtered on Canada only and I could then adjust the other data points.
Any ideas?!
Thanks!!!
