Good morning

I'm sure this is basic but I'm stumped researching this task.

I'm sending emails to about a dozen and a half different contractors in a generic bcc email for verification of payment on hundreds of projects. As the image attachment will show, I want to paste the list of email addresses from the sent email into a cell(s) somewhere on the projects row and have excel place a check mark in the corresponding cell under the particular contractors name if the company email is present on that row.

I made a crude diagram to explain. The solution can be either all addresses into one cell or pasting them into individual, it doesn't matter to me.

I would greatly appreciate the help on this one. Thanks in advance!

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
If you have copied the list form a sent email when you are Pasting , select the option to "Use Text Import Wizard" a semicolon normally separates the email addresses so set this as your delimeter

If you wanted to search literally for 'Company 1' in the email string you could do that but i suspect not all email addresses will include the full company name so you may miss some. If so you would have to create a table of Company names against their email address.
