Hi,

I'm trying to apply conditional format to any row that has textbin one column and no data in two others.

....................Col C.............Col J.........Col K
Row 1...........Text a............1...............1
row 2............Text b..............................
Row 3...........Text c.............2...............2
row 4............Text d...............................
Row 5............Text e............3...............3

So I want to conditionally format row 2 & 4 using the formula option.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Casim

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hi and welcome,

Select C1:Kn (n = lastrow with data)

Home> Conditional Formatting> New Rule> Use a formula to determine which cells to format

insert this formula

=AND(ISTEXT($C1),$J1="",$K1="")

pick a format
ok, ok
