Hello, I am stuck on what sounds like a simple thing but is kicking my tail.
We do projects based on a simple range of dates.
I need to conditionally format that range. I can do each cell using today() and <=> operators but then I get some cells that are green and yellow. It wouldn't be bad if it were a gradient where in mid project we were mostly green or something. But essentially what I pasted would be just fine. But it just isn't coming together for me. Any advice, tutorial, video, anything at all? Thanks for reading. I do appreciate the time people spend here just helping out.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
