conditional paste using VBA

Hi,
Thanks for helping in advance....

Is there any possibility, I copy a range (J1:M1) in an active sheet and paste it downwards at every row where there is a text "Memb" in column A until the last Memb in Col A.

Example

Copy Range J1:M1

and Memb is present at 19th row, so the range must be pasted in J18:M18 and so on.....
