Conditional Lists

Hi Members

I am trying to create a spreadsheet for our tennis club,
We may have members that play on multiple teams , on our calendar to schedule matches
I would like to be able to restrict the drop downs if a player team is selected then any other team that they play on can not be selected.

Ladies 1 Mixed 1 Mixed 2
Anne John Terry
Mary Anne Sarah
Joan Fred Franco
Nuala Nuala Malgorzata


So on the date if i selected Ladies 1 to play away the drop down in cell B2 for away matches would not let me select Mixed 1 as Anne plays on both

Can anyone advise?
