Conditional Intercept

I am using the following intercept function to successfully calculate Alpha from daily gain and loss % {=(INTERCEPT(AJ52:AJ2651,BD52:BD2651) +1) ^252-1}. I now need to use the formula to calculate Alpha but only if a condition from another column is met. In other words, if the data in BL252:BL2651=1, then calculate alpha using the above formula. I am having problems getting it to work correctly. Can someone please suggest a clever way to write this formula?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
The question isn't completely clear, but I'm guessing this is what you want?

=(INTERCEPT(IF(BL52:BL2651=1,AJ52:AJ2651),IF(BL52:BL2651=1,BD52:BD2651))+1)^252-1
