I need a conditional formula that selectively/conditionally captures data from a cell in one workbook and posts it to a target cell in another workbook.

A recipient (target) cell, is to receive the value posted in cell D35 on a worksheet identified as QC Enhanced Score residing at the location identified below: This action is to take place only if the value in cell U35 on that same worksheet is equal to or greater than 1 but less than 90. If these conditions are not met, the recipient (target) cell, is to remain blank
