I need a formula for conditional formatting that will color a font based on the condition that compares the value in H12 through S12 to the value in H13 through S13. If line 12 is of lesser value than 12, color the font red.

thanks in advance

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Try this:

- Select cells H12 through S12
- on conditional formatting, Put this formula

=H$12 < H$13

- Select the font color in format
