I have Excel 2013.
I am wanting to make a rule whereby if "Yes" is selected from a drop down menu in cell O39 on "sheet2" then the text in Cell J39 of "sheet2" will be copied to the next available row of "sheet1" if this is even possible.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Do you want this moved (as per your title), or copied (as per your comment)?

If "moved", no formula will do that for you, you will need VBA
If "copied", you could probably use something like index/small/if combo, or a plain index/match, but then also add a helper to the data sheet
