Hi all,

Not a major issue but can anyone tell me why if I apply conditional formatting my cell alignment shifts to the right from centre?

B2 is a formula: =SUM(Demand!$O2:$Q2)

B3 conditional format is =AND(C2 < B2 ,C2 <> " ") - GREEN

Formatting is aligned centre but as soon my conditional format is 'TRUE' (I enter a value n C2 and it is lower than B2 it re aligns my text to the right and I cant change it?

both columns are formatted as general and if I remove the conditional format it aligns to centre again?

Not a major issue really just an annoyance! Any way to stop this?

Thanks!

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
That is odd. The only thing I can think of is that if you have conditional formatting setting the values to text, it would make it align left not right, but you have that set to general, and aligning the other way (and even so, I can still manipulate data with cell formatting after conditional formatting takes place). Probably won't make a difference but what if you select area larger than your data and align everything center.

I can't replicate the problem. Is it possible that you can upload a copy of the file (any sensitive data disguised) that behaves like you describe to a file-share site (eg DropBox) and share the link?
