Conditional Formatting

in excel sheet i have months and each month has it's Breakdown time and breakdown days. I want to apply multiple conditional formatting with colors. the criteria's are as below.
1. "Identify cells where the number of breakdown days is at least 2, and the breakdown time exceeds 6 days.”
2. “Emphasize cells with breakdown days exceeding 10, irrespective of the breakdown time.”
3. “Accentuate cells where the breakdown time surpasses 3 days, regardless of the breakdown days.”
4.“Draw attention to the cell where breakdown days persistently exceed 20 days over two consecutive months.”

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
