Hi, probably a really simple answer to this one, but I'm struggling so please help.
I've set up two columns 'power' & 'interest' both these have a yes/no data validation and a red/green conditional formatting set to them.

I want to now set up a scoring matrix that will output a response based on the responses in columns A & B.

The matrix is to the right of the image, for example if A2 is Low and A3 is High, then C2 should automatically become Keep Informed and be highlighted in yellow.

Sorry if this is a rookie question, but it's driving me nuts.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
You will need four rules, one for each color. Also I would set up your matrix differently.

$scratch.xlsm
ABCDEFGHIJ
1PowerInterestGrading
2HighHighManage CloselyInterest
3LowHigh
4PowerLowMonitorKeep Informed
5HighKeep SatisfiedManage Closely
Power Interest

C2Cell Value=$J$5textNO
C2Cell Value=$I$5textNO
C2Cell Value=$I$4textNO
C2Cell Value=$J$4textNO
