conditional formatting

hello
i want to change the colour of cell A1 & B1 (tells say yellow) if cell B1 is having a text value I
i want to change the colour of cell A1 & B1 (tells say blue) if cell B1 is having a text value T
i want to change the colour of cell A1 & B1 (tells say red) if cell B1 is having a text value C
i want to change the colour of cell A1 & B1 (tells say light black) if cell B1 is having a text value P
i want to change the colour of cell A1 & B1 (tells say light green) if cell B1 is having a text value R
and then this will be applied from A1:A1200 by checking the corresponding B1:B1200 value
