I have two tabs in a file. One tab has different facilities and their associated metrics (8-10 metrics). Each metric value is conditional formatted using color schemes option.
The second tab is a report which has a drop down to select a facility. Depending on the facility selected, all their metrics is displayed on the report.
Is there a way for the report to populate the color associated(color scheme) with that metric for the facility selected from the drop down?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Is the conditional formatting something like:
everything greater than [any number] is formatted or is it formatted based on something like top 10 or top% or bottom 10?

if it is something like 1-3 = red color and 4-7 = yellow and 8-10 = green
Then you can use those same constraints on the populated cell by setting up a new conditional format

No its the gradient color scale from excel....that colors it from red to green based on the metric results. (Conditional formatting->Color Scales-> green to red OR red to green
