I have to show RAG status for the following in a 200 row document. How do I set up my formual

Green - no users exceed 95% of 1GB limit
Amber - Site does not have users that exceed 1GB, but does have users over 95% of 1GB
Red - Site does have users who presently exceed the 1GB limit for role data

Have tried various formulas from different sources but can't get it to work for me..... help....

Welcome to the Board!

Do you have already fields/values on your worksheet that count the number of people exceed 1GB and 95% of 1 GB?
If so, you would just work off of that. Let's say that Y200 is # of people exceeding 1 GB and Z200 is the # of people exceeding 95% of 1 GB.

Then you could have three Conditional Formatting formulas:
Green: =AND(Y200=0,Z200=0)
Amber: =AND(Y200=0,Z200>0)
Red: =Y200>1

Otherwise, if you do not already have those counts, please explain the data structure and give us an example of what the data looks like.
