I have a conditional formatting formula changing the color of every other line to a light gray using this formula: =MOD(ROW(),2)=0. The other lines are typical white.

So, is it possible for every other line that is gray to have a specific word, in this case, "VACANT" with the formatting of Bold, White Font with a Dark Red fade into the Light Gray. I'm not really sure how to convey this so I hope you can understand.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Use this formula to show "Vacant" in a column.
=IF(MOD(ROW(),2)=0,"VACANT","")

Apply this conditional formatting formula to the same column with the formatting you want:
=MOD(ROW(),2)=0
