Conditional Formatting

I have a fx in H10. In J10 is where my formatting is to take place.
the C/F is as follows in J10: =H12>0
Once it changes to a value >0, I want the cell to change to a color.
But I don't want the color to show until there's a value in H.
Right now the cell will still be "green" because it sees the fx as a valule..
How can I fix that
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Goto Cell J10 Open Conditional Formatng, Click on use formula to detrmine format.
Put this in the formula box =Value(H10)>0
Select you fill colour
Click Ok
