I have two columns that will eventually contain text

I have applied conditional formating to highlight cells in Q that do not contain the same text as P. What I would like to do now is add a further condition so if Q does not contain anything, it will not be highlighted with red shading. In my example, I would like Q5 to have no red shading. Is this possible please?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
What do you mean by "contain"? Do you mean that the text from P is not contained anywhere in Q? Or that they are not exactly the same?

It would be helpful to see the current rule. This should help:

Rich (BB code):
=AND(Q1<>"", <your current rule goes here>)

Thanks, hope this helps.

Column P will contain text with a single word and column Q will also contain text with a single word. Column Q may have the same word as column P. If column Q does NOT have the same word as column Q, I want column Q to be shaded red. The problem I have at the moment, is until all cells in P and Q contain text, column Q is shaded red. This is producing false positives which I want to avoid. Here is the current conditional formatting dialogue box:

Thank you

It is basically as @6StringJazzer stated but adapting to your particular range.
