Conditional formatting with DDE live feed

I need a formula that highlights a different cell in the same worksheet
In array #1 A1 is fixed with 3 letters say ABC , B1 is live feed % increase $ value of ABC (LF)
In array #2 , ABC is moving up & down within cells C1-C12 (LF) together D1-D12 that is ABC $ value (LF)

I need a formula that, if B1 (in Array #1) is greater than 5% then highlight(fill) E1-E12 moving up & down together with C1-12 & D1-D12in array #2

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Note E1 is always populated with text. I want to fill E1 Cell

only with color.
