Conditional Formatting While Using Not Is Blank Function

I want to use conditional formatting to color a cell if it is greater than 0 while the formula in the cell is this - =IF(NOT(ISBLANK(G6)),F6-G6," "). The problem is when I drag the conditional formatting down it turns the whole column a color even when a value is not yet showing up in the cell. I only want it colored once the cell meets the is not blank criteria and a number actually populates.

Use a conditional formatting formula. Something along the lines of:

=AND(ISNUMBER(A1),A1>0)
