Can anyone show me how to apply the following conditional formatting using VBA?

=C7:I7="HIGH"

The above is the formula I have currently applied.

The format will be that the text in that range will be coloured red and bold, but I only need this to be applied on every row between 7 and 451 where the cell in column A on the same row has the value of "Risk".

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Is this what you want?

Code:
Sub conform()
    With Range("A7:A451")
    .FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlExpression, Formula1:="=NOT(ISERROR(MATCH(""high"",C7:I7,0)))"
    .FormatConditions(.FormatConditions.Count).SetFirstPriority
        With .FormatConditions(1).Font
        .Bold = True
        .Italic = False
        .TintAndShade = 0
        End With
        With .FormatConditions(1).Interior
            .PatternColorIndex = xlAutomatic
            .Color = 255
            .TintAndShade = 0
        End With
        .FormatConditions(1).StopIfTrue = False
    End With

End Sub
