I have three simple conditional formats. The first one works fine but the second two are never implemented. The formula is: =S17>40, =S17>70, =S17>100. Do I need to reverse the thresholds? Thanks for your suggestions. Michael

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Reverse the order of the conditions, if the value is 100 it is stopping with the first condition, similarly if value is 70-99 it also stops with the first condition. Keep the conditions the same just reverse the order of them
