Hello.

I'd like to use conditional formatting to highlight past due dates (Column 'J') based on if a "P" is present in my status (Column 'K') using a formula. Any advise?

I've tried

=and(J14:J22>TODAY(), K14:K22="P")

with no luck

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Is that the conditional formatting formula?

What cells are you applying it to?

If applying on row 14 on, then:

Excel Formula:
=AND($J14>TODAY(),$K14="P")
