conditional formatting using colour values - but for under and over

  • I use colour values on conditional formatting usually and therefore the top value is green, bottom value red and in between is amber with them all having different shades as they progress towards bottom value or top value

    however I've got percentages to do and doing the above has anything over 100% as the top values. However I want green (ie top value to be 100% or anything near it - with 80% or 120% being the same colour (as 20% off target) and 0% and 200% being the same colour (ie red the bottom).

    Can anyone help with this please
