Conditional formatting using a formula

Hi,

I'm trying to formatting a number of cells (eg E5 to H5) to go grey based on if Yes appears in a separate cell (D5).

The formulas I've used so far haven't worked: =D5=Yes & =COUNTIF(D5='Yes')

Can anyone help me out please?

The CF for each of the cells should be:

=$D$5="Yes"
